Cucumber and Salmon

150 g smoked salmon
250 g cream cheese
1 tsp. lemon juice
Pepper
Cucumber slices
2 tbs. chives (for garnish)
 

  Chop the salmon and purée with cream cheese, pepper and lemon juice. Pipe the mousse onto the cucumber slices using a piping bag. Serve garnished with chopped chives.
