Cut the meat into pieces, wash the peppers and also cut
them into pieces. Wash and drain the sprouts. Wash the lemon and cut
into wedges.
Heat the oil in a pan, fry the meat and pepper for about 10 minutes, add
the sprouts and lemon and fry for another 4 minutes. Season with salt
and pepper.
Mix the tomato ketchup, tomato paste and sambal olek well. Season to
taste with salt, pepper and sugar. Serve the sauce with the pan. |
