Cauliflower Casserole with Minced

1 Cauliflower
250 g rice
300 g minced
1 onion
2 cloves garlic
250 g creme fraiche
150 g Emmenthal (grated)
2 tbsp. olive oil
marjoram, salt, pepper
1 tsp. paprika powder



Peel onion and garlic and chop finely. Boil rice al dente. Divide cauliflower into florets and boil in salted water until al dente. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
In a pan heat oil and fry onion, garlic and minced. Season with salt, pepper, marjoram and paprika powder. Mix well minced, rice and sour cream. Grease a baking dish and alternately layering in cauliflower and rice minced mixture. Sprinkle with cheese and bake for about 20 minutes.
