Sauerkraut Stew

1 red and green peppers
1 onion
300 g potatoes
150 g of cabanossi
1 tsp. paprika powder
500 g sauerkraut
1 bunch of chives
2 soup cubes
salt, pepper, oil



Wash and deseed the peppers and cut into pieces. Peel and dice onion. Peel potatoes and cut into cubes, cabanossi into thin slices.
Heat oil in a pot and fry the sausage. Add onion, peppers and potatoes and roast for a short time.
Sprinkle with paprika powder and pour in 1 liter of water. Fold in sauerkraut and boil up. Stir in soup cubes and simmer about 30 minutes
until the potatoes are firm to the bite. Season with salt and pepper. Wash the chives, cut into rings and garnish the stew before serving.
