Knead minced meat with paprika powder, garlic, egg,
mustard and breadcrumbs. Season with salt and pepper. Cover and leave to
stand for about 30 minutes.
Pat the feta dry, cut each piece into quarters and roll all over in the
parsley. Divide the mince into 8 portions, flatten and cover each with a
piece of feta.
Wrap the mince around the feta and seal well. Flatten a little.
Brush the patties with a little oil and grill on a hot grill for about 5
minutes on each side. Then grill indirectly or in a cooler
