SCHWEINSFILET 

Grilled Pork Fillet

 

Ingredients for 2 people

1 pork fillet
100 g streaky bacon
mustard, sage leaves

 

 

Trim the pork fillet and rub generously with mustard. Place a few sage leaves on both the top and bottom. Wrap with the streaky bacon and secure with kitchen string. Grill at 170°C for approx. 30 minutes, turning frequently.

 

           Side dish: fried potatoes, salad
