PASTA  mit FASCHIERTEM  und  GEMÜSE

 Pasta with Minced Meat and Vegetables

Ingredients for 2 people

120 g pasta
100 g kohlrabi
150 ml milk
1 tbsp. rapeseed oil
200 ml vegetable stock
150 g minced meat
70 g peas
60 g carrots

 

 

 Peel and dice the kohlrabi, slice the carrots. Heat the oil and fry the minced meat until crumbly. Add the kohlrabi and fry briefly. Add the vegetable stock, peas, carrots, milk and pasta. Cover and simmer for approx. 10 minutes until the vegetables are al dente and the pasta is cooked through. If necessary, add a little soup.
