Peel and dice the kohlrabi, slice the carrots. Heat the
oil and fry the minced meat until crumbly. Add the kohlrabi and fry
briefly. Add the vegetable stock, peas, carrots, milk and pasta. Cover
and simmer for approx. 10 minutes until the vegetables are al dente and
the pasta is cooked through. If necessary, add a little soup. |
