Peel and dice the beef, garlic, potatoes and onion. Cut
the green beans in half if necessary. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the
meat. Add the onion and garlic and fry briefly. Pour in the gravy and
bring to the boil. Add the spices. Cook the meat for approx. 40 minutes,
then add the potatoes. When both are al dente, add the green beans the
white beans and cook for approx. 10 minutes. Serve garnished with chilli
strips and spring onion rings. |
