Shrimp Curry

Ingredients for 2 persons

12 medium prawns
3 tbsp. oil
1 tbsp. curry
150 ml soup
100 ml of coconut milk
1 tbsp. lime juice
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. parsley (chopped)
salt pepper



Remove shrimp from the shells and remove the intestine. Season with salt and pepper.
Heat the oil and fry the prawns on both sides. Remove and sauté the curry in the frying residue, douse with vegetable soup and coconut milk.
Boil the sauce, stir in lime juice, soy sauce and parsley.
Briefly let shrimp stand in the sauce.
