Pork Stew with Ginger

1000 g pork
200 g rice
80 mm of fresh ginger
1 tsp. red chilli powder
salt

 

 

Cut pork into big pieces. Peel ginger and chop finely.
Bring one liter of water to a boil. Add meat and rice and bring to the boil while stirring.
Simmer for 3 minutes, then add the remaining ingredients. Simmer covered for 30 minutes, simmer until the meat is soft boiled and the sauce is creamy. Season with salt.
