ASIATISCHE  FLEISCHBÄLLCHEN

Asian Meatballs

250 g Mie noodles
30 g of ginger
3 cloves of garlic
500 g mixed meat (minced meat)
2 breadcrumbs
3 tbsp. oil
2 green onions
50 g Peanuts (roasted, salted)
3 tbsp. Sojasauce
3 tbsp. lime juice
100 ml chilli sauce
2 tbsp. parsley (chopped)
 

  Boil the noodles according to the instructions and drain them. Pell Ginger and garlic and chop finely. Mix well half of them with the minced meat and the the breadcrumbs.
Season with salt and form about 25 balls. Fry them in a pan until they are cooked. Cut the young onions into fine rings, chop the peanuts roughly .
Remove the balls from the pan, wipe them out and heat 2 tbsp. of oil. Fry the remaining ginger and garlic with the noodles for about 5 minutes. Add the onions, the soy sauce, the lime juice, the chilisauce and heat the balls in the sauce.
Served garnished with parsley and nuts.
