Broccoli Puree

500 g broccoli
100 g onions
10 cloves garlic
2 tbsp. oil
250 ml vegetable soup
125 ml milk
50 g semolina



Cut the broccoli florets from the stems, boil in salted water until soft, rinse and drain well. Peel and chop the onion and garlic.
Sauté in oil, add soup and milk and bring to the boil. Stir in the semolina and simmer for 5 minutes.
Add the broccoli and purée finely. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
