DÜRRE  EI  PFANNE

Sausage Egg Pan

Ingredients for 2 people
100 g Braunschweiger (pork liver sausage)
4 eggs
1/2 pepper
50 g of cheese
salt pepper

 

 

Cut sausage into strips and dice the peppers. Fry both in some oil crispy.
Cut cheese into small cubes, add to the sausages and whip the eggs about.
Mix and thicken. Season with salt and pepper.

 

            Side dish: bread, salad
