Cut the sausage into small pieces, peel the potatoes and
cut them into bite-sized cubes. Peel and chop the onion and garlic.
Remove the seeds from the peppers and chop them into small pieces, cut
the leek into rings. Dice the gherkins. Heat the oil in a saucepan and
sauté the onions, garlic and leek. Add the peppers and sauté briefly.
Season with tomato purée, curry powder and paprika powder, then pour in
the soup and white wine. Add the gherkins and potatoes and simmer for
approx. 25 minutes. Add the peas towards the end of the cooking time.
Stir in the remaining ingredients and season to taste. |
